Now he and his old flame are once again being dragged into each other's business.

Rea Gopane, who is a co-founder of Everything Music SA, is finding himself in very hot water after he made some wild accusations on his podcast series.

In one of his most recent episodes, while joined by his co-host, the duo chose to discuss the circumstances surrounding Anele Tembe's tragic death. Tembe was engaged to Kiernan Forbes, better known as AKA, at the time of her death and there have been many wild stories and rumours making the rounds on social media since her passing.

Now Gopane is the latest to throw fuel on the fire, but he has also decided to include Bonang Matheba in the narrative.

During the podcast, they discuss the statements by Tembe's father during her funeral where he mentioned drug and alcohol abuse, but Rea then continues by making startling allegations and saying, very matter-of-factly, that Bonang was allegedly the one who got AKA hooked on cocaine.

He even goes on to state that all this was information he had learnt from Siyabonga Ngwekazi, who has denied ever making these comments.

But Bonang is having none of it.

After news of the now-viral video made its way to the accused, she decided to get in touch with Rea, but after having failed to do so privately, decided to take it to the Twitter streets.

She even posted the official legal documents which show that she will be suing Gopane for the 'defamatory and hurtful' comments he made and is asking for R500,000 in 'the form of damages', although it does state that a public apology and retraction of the comments will go a long way.
