When we think about getting old, it can be scary because our minds have been somehow conditioned to believe that the entire sense of being old equates to death, to illness, to body pain, and all things negative.

This Chinese bodybuilder has really kicked us off our chairs when it comes to showing us that you can achieve the body you want with some hard work and determination.

Xinmin Chang is a bodybuilding veteran in China. When the sport was unbanned in 1984, he started off his bodybuilding journey. He has been following a diet that includes eggs, cucumber, tomatoes, oatmeal, and chicken breasts for the last 10 years.

In the video below, he says that he goes for a jog every morning and then engages in a routine of body strengthening exercises for an hour and a half.

Wow, this man deserves a medal for just being able to lift up weights!

We love his dedication and focus when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It truly is so uplifting seeing someone his age practicing a lifestyle that isn't filled with the stereotypical "old" people things like walking sticks, arthritis, and grey hair (which is definitely not an indication of getting old).
