Not only do singles have a whole pandemic to deal with (which makes meeting new people quite difficult) but there are many a thing that can come between you meeting the love of your life.

While dating apps and websites are meant to assist you in finding that special someone, they can also make it so much harder.

Right swipe, left swipe, super like, it all seems easy enough right? 

As it turns out, it can go wrong pretty quickly.

A TikToker recently made a video in which she shared her boyfriend's cringe and awkward dating app customer service experience.

Jade, @jadeswildparty29, posted a video in which she explained that her boyfriend had been having some trouble getting matches on the dating app Bumble.

He obviously thought there must be some kind of a mistake so he proceeded to send the most embarrassing email to the Bumble team and promptly received a response from the Bumble Feedback Team.

Her boyfriend has assumed that there had to be some kind of glitch with the app and even threw his friend into the mix "who looks like that one guy from the Goonies" but still ended up having more matches than him.
