The latest discovery was made on Wednesday a day after a passerby stumbled on another decomposed body of a woman.

Three other women were found murdered and dumped in sugarcane fields in April and June.

Many suspect a serial killer is on the prowl.

Members of the K9 Search and Rescue Unit, the Mounted Police Unit, the K9 Body Fluid Unit and the Port Shepstone Search and Rescue Unit have been combing through the 380-hectare lot for hours.

At least five sniffer dogs made their way through the green field - starting at the spot where the body was found yesterday. Her face was covered with a cloth. She was half-naked and had a large injury to the neck.

The horses were brought in on Thursday to broaden the search. They hiked up a mountain just behind the scene of Wednesday's discovery.

Newswatch was allowed to follow them at the beginning of their search and watched as they combed through the dense. In the end, nothing turned up.
