Man killed in Durban freeway shooting, some injured in resultant crash
A man has been killed in a drive-by shooting on a freeway in Durban on Tuesday afternoon.
KZN VIP Medical Paramedics' Garrith Jamieson says gunmen opened fire on the M4 near the Himalayas offramp.

"One man in his thirties has been shot whilst driving on the M4 northbound by unknown occupants of another vehicle.
"He then lost control of the vehicle and came through the centre median and collided into a truck and another light motor vehicle leaving three people injured.

"Unfortunately, by the time advanced life support had arrived at the scene, the patient who has sustained gunshot wounds had succumbed to his injuries."
