Barbra Streisand collabs with Mariah Carey and Ariana Grande
Barbra Streisand's new album features a song with Mariah Carey and Ariana Grande called 'One Heart, One Voice'.
Three of music's biggest divas are joining forces for a hot new collaboration.
Barbra Streisand revealed this week that she has recorded a song with Mariah Carey and Ariana Grande for her upcoming album, 'The Secret of Life: Partners, Volume 2'.
The trio will feature on a song called 'One Heart, One Voice'.
It is one of 11 tracks on Streisand's duets album, which features collaborations with Seal, Sting, Josh Groban, Tim McGraw, Paul McCartney, and Bob Dylan.
"I’ve always loved singing duets with gifted artists. They inspire me in unique and different ways… and make our time in the studio a joy!" Streisand said.
"My new album, 'The Secret Of Life: Partners, Volume Two', gave me the chance to work and play with some of my old friends, label mates, and new artists too. I admire all of them," the 83-year-old added.
Streisand says she hopes her fans will enjoy listening to the songs as much as she enjoyed recording them.
Walter Afanasieff and Peter Asher produced 'The Secret of Life: Partners, Volume 2'.
Afanasieff is the man behind Celine Dion's hit song, 'My Heart Will Go On'.
The album's first single, 'The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face' featuring Irish musician Hozier, dropped this week.
Hozier says working with a music legend such as Streisand is an honour.
"One of the most enduring and iconic vocalists of our time is @BarbraStreisand, somebody who defined an era with the sheer force of her voice, her talent, charisma and vision. To be asked to join her on a duet was a huge honour and came as a wonderful and welcome surprise," he wrote on Instagram.
