Public attitude towards HIV must change: NPO
Updated | By Jarryd Subroyen
A Durban woman living with HIV says one of the many challenges South Africa still faces is the public attitude towards people living with the virus.

Elizabeth Mkhize runs the local NPO, Cato Manor Masibambisane.
Mkhize says many people still believe in myths or stereotypes about HIV.
"The stigma is still there, so I think more education still needs to be done on HIV counselling and testing," she said.
Mkhize contracted the virus 11-years-ago.
