Imagine someone coming to your house to work on your backyard, but you never contacted a building company. Hmm, they're obviously at the wrong house, but you just let them do their thing, because you would love a new patio area.

Many people would be foolish to refuse something that has been given to them for free or seemingly so. It takes an honest person to stop the act right there and then and say, that's not for me. Well, this woman has taken things to a whole new level when she welcomes building contractors into her home, knowing that they are, in fact, at the wrong house.

Chloe Fountainn went onto TikTok to document the moment that builders turned up at her door, saying that they're at the wrong house and then went on to allow them to do work that she hadn't requested in the first place. She has removed part one video of her so far five part series where she showed them arriving at her house with all their materials and tools. She did this because she said that she realised it could be damaging to their brand.

Check out the part two of her TikTok video series that received around 27-million views. The video below shows them starting a job that they supposedly believe had been paid for (or at least partially paid for):

The below video received some outrage from TikTokers as they felt like she was being misleading, and knowingly tricking them. Some people even commented saying that she just wanted to go viral and that is why she did this. While others said that she could be taken to court if she did not inform them that they were at the wrong house.

We can't say whether this is real or scripted, but what we can say is that when you intentionally know that something is wrong and you go ahead with it, then that's kind of malicious. But if you innocently didn't know, then that's another story, you can always apologise and move forward.

Have you ever did something like this?
