In a relationship, there's a certain level of trust between partners, and sometimes it goes without saying that you tend to trust your partner implicitly, even when it comes to money. 

The problem arises when your partner tends to start doing things without telling you - that's when doubt starts to creep in. 

There are two types of couples in the world. On one hand, we have those who are open about money and allow their partner to dig into their wallets if they are short of cash. The other is usually about "what's mine is mine so stay out of my wallet".

When it comes to the former, although these couples are transparent with each other, it usually involves a spoken request or 'heads up' made when taking cash from your partner's wallet.

One KZN man is convinced that his girlfriend of a year is stealing from him, and doesn't really know how to approach the situation. So he decided to put her to the test, and his worst fears were confirmed.
