Over the past few months, I've learnt that gym life is certainly not for the faint-hearted. It takes time, dedication, and a lot of persistence.

If I'm being totally honest, I've had days when I've wanted to skip going to the gym. But the thought of me stepping out in September in my brand new body is the one thing that's motivating me to do and be better.

On the topic of fitness, a fifty-year-old fitness freak named Steve Cardillo is making waves on the interwebs for his creative ways of getting in a good old fashioned workout. 

Ranging from turning tree trunks into a bench press, spinning on an icy lake, and even using a hockey net as a dumbbell, the options are endless for Cardillo, whose ingenious fitness routines are inspiring the masses.
