Thandolwethu gets real about fitness

The host and her producer Sihle are undergoing a health
journey and have provided an exciting new update.

Last week was a bad fitness week for the both of us. .
Sihle and I did not got to gym for the whole week and we were both just eating badly because of personal issues.
But that hasn’t deterred us, and this week we’ve been going to gym again.
For the first time ever, we both worked out every day of the week.
But most importantly as you might know, we’ve both been looking for a personal trainer and we finally got that done.
In fact we don’t have one, but two trainers Michael and Miguel and they’ve been putting us through our paces.
Sometimes I feel like I can’t walk or stand but it feels good to know I’m accomplishing something.
