Come on, Stacey, "think like a man"...

Luckily, we have evolved and moved on from this ‘basic’ status quo.
Although, there are still some that are stuck in a traditional way of thinking.
It’s incomprehensible for them to think that a woman can simultaneously be hard and soft, powerful and feminine, and motherly and assertive.
Many believe that when a woman does something confident and assertive, it is based on emotion and intimidation.
