Since its creation, TikTok users have blessed us with many creative, innovative, and sometimes straight-up bizarre food combinations, recipes, and many more food-related things.

From using Sprite as a pie-filling to sharing helpful food tips like how to use salt and pepper shakers properly (who knew there was a wrong way of using basic seasonings?).

Like many other industries, everyday TikTok users have come in and disrupted the food world but many of these recipes, hacks, and discoveries have been welcomed with open arms.

While some remain questionable, it's true what they say: to each their own!

The year 2021 has already kicked off with a viral pasta and feta recipe, which is on the more straightforward yet delicious, but now there is a new food concoction that has been receiving mixed reviews.

It's called Nature's Cereal.

Sounds healthy and delicious! But what does nature's cereal consist of?

The recipe, first introduced by TikTokker, @natures_food, is super simple and calls for only a few simple ingredients.

It's almost too simple...

The breakfast trend was first introduced back in February as @natures_food made a video of him throwing pomegranate seeds, blackberries, and blueberries into a bowl followed by a generous dose of coconut water.

And that's it.

It's so basic it's almost strange.

Many people have tried it since it's been making the rounds on social media, but it seems like there is one famous face who is COMPLETELY obsessed with this new dish.

Grammy Award-winning artist, Lizzo, has proclaimed that she is a massive fan of this meal and even said she might be addicted!

According to the original creator, this meal will help you with indigestion, constipation, and is incredibly healthy.

Although it should be noted that this is not necessarily a complete meal and you may need to also eat some eggs or any other type of protein.

Always remember: breakfast is the most important meal of the day! So whether you are enjoying avo on toast or a bowl of nature's finest, just make sure you eat a balanced meal!
