WATCH: Gateway shopping centre shop broken into and robbed
Crime is growing more and more as another store has been broken into.
Gateway shopping mall saw a shop robbed on Sunday. CCTV footage has emerged of a brazen break-in the early hours of Sunday morning.
At least six suspects were seen smashing the front window of a gaming store before ransacking the shop, stealing a number of gaming consoles. One of the criminals can be seen in the video using a long stick to reach the other gaming consoles, including a PlayStation 5.

Gateway Theatre of Shopping’s marketing manager Michelle Shelley confirmed the incident took place at about 05:00 on Sunday.

The mall's tactical armed response team immediately responded to the scene. There were no injuries and there is an investigation that is currently underway.
