The first information report (FIR) case against the bird follows as a result of the suspicious nature of the paper it was carrying with a Pakistani number on it. This number is reported to have been wrapped with adhesive tape on the bird's leg.

However, the Senior Superintendent of Police said he does not think that an FIR lawsuit will pass against a bird, as it is not a human being. Legal experts have been consulted to further analyse the validity of the filing and the nature of the case.

Speculations of a 'Pakistani spy pigeon' lead this mind-boggling topic as in the previous year, the Border Security Force had a similar strange scenario. Homing pigeons can be used to courier information with tags that can carry encrypted messages. The nature of this particular breed makes it possible for the detained bird to be a suspect of the aforementioned.
