House tours and sales pitches may be a thing of a past for estate agents after they watch this man in action. Equipped with a ukelele, this Australian estate agent has attempted to sing his way to convince buyers to purchase this home. Using a popular song by rock band Oasis, he changed the lyrics of 'Wanderwall' to fit into a sales pitch.

It is reported that his attempt was done in order to 'stand out' from other estate agents and boy-oh-boy has he done that. His creative, albeit cringe-worthy attempt, is bound to go down in the history books.
