Bylaw police officer cleans up the city
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
People around KZN got a big shock when the bylaw police
patrolled their neighborhood. Watch what happened when they were caught doing
something 'illegal' by the bylaw police officer on duty.

eThekwini Municipality's Public Nuisance by-law will take effect this Friday.
This
means that any one caught urinating in public, littering, damaging
property or the environment, including those who're very noisy or hang
their washed clothes in a public place, will be given a fine.
The team managed to track down a man of the law – a man who walks around the province ensuring our bylaws are enforced.
He is easily identifiable by a long pipe, police hat and a long thick black moustache.
He is known as the bylaw police and he has been patrolling the streets of eThekwini.
Watch what happened when people were caught not obeying to these bylaws.
