Retail internet sensation's first time eating sushi
Updated | By Udesha Moodley-Judhoo
Eating sushi should come with a warning sign...Hello wasabi!

Sushi has undoubtedly become a buzz food worldwide, yet not everyone has tried it.
While it may be something to try before you dismiss it, it is not for everyone. We saw that recently when a group of Kasi gents decided to try it. Their reactions were epic and proved entertaining.
Now, meet Anna, a employee at Outeniqua SPAR in George in the Western Cape. Since hitting social media, she has become an internet sensation. Anna's honest and raw food reviews have left many social media users laughing out loud.
The Good Things Guy described it perfectly: "With fake car crashes, taste tests and a sassy star named Anna, Outeniqua Spar is serving up more than groceries… they’re dishing out laughs, relatability and serious local love."

Anna recently got Mzansi laughing as she tried sushi for the first time. While she seemed to enjoy the tempura sushi, things heated up when she was tricked into eating the wasabi.
Anna was led to believe that the wasabi was avocado and took a big chunk of it. Moments later, she realised she was being pranked as she spat it out.
Outeniqua Superspar has hit the social media scene in a fun and interactive way, leaving a lasting impression on their customers and social media users. Their sometimes dry humour, partnered with Anna's marketing skills, is the perfect antidote to thinking out of the box content creation.
Gen Z is proving its worth in this sector by creating fun and quirky content ideas. We see you, we hear you.
