This green chilli ice-cream looks perfect for a spice lover
Updated | By East Coast Radio
We expected this street food in India, where the flavourful heat from a chilli is everything.
Street food is a great way to experience a culture.
It not only combines unique flavours, but it also says a lot about tradition and culture. Chilli ice-cream is one such street food we should've expected to see on the streets of India. India is known for its spice, so it is only fitting that a chilli ice-cream be made here.
A food page on Instagram posted an Instagram video showing an ice-cream maker creating a particular batch of 'Mirchi' ice-cream rolls.

Mirchi is a Hindi word translated as Chilli or Chilli Pepper in English.
In the video, the man chops up some green chillies and adds milk and green syrup. He mixes it up and rolls it into a container.
He then adds more fresh green chilli, some green syrup, and a sprinkle of what looks like chilli powder. In the post's comment section, people made jokes, and one person renamed it 'Spice-Cream'.
