Wife makes husband coffee using her breastmilk
Updated | By Udesha Moodley-Judhoo
"My mornings have just got a whole new, better start..." said the man who drank his breastmilk latte...

We've often discussed breastfeeding's benefits. The World Health Organization (WHO) considers breast milk the ideal infant food.
According to the WHO: "It is safe, clean, and contains antibodies that help protect against many common childhood illnesses. Breastmilk provides all the energy and nutrients that the infant needs for the first months of life, and it continues to provide up to half or more of a child’s nutritional needs during the second half of the first year and up to one-third during the second year of life."
In addition, breastfed children are reported to perform better on intelligence tests. This counts as motivation to try breastmilk, even as an adult.
An Australian couple have left the internet divided with their interesting approach to getting their morning caffeine boost.
In the video, a woman pours her pumped breastmilk into a milk-frothing jug. Her husband stands behind her with their baby. After frothing her breastmilk, she makes her husband coffee with it. She froths the milk to make a 'proper' latte.

The video left many social media users opinionated about their breastmilk coffee.
- "All the comments about it being gross, yet they drink the equivalent from an animal. Cows milk is for baby cows, why do you drink it?"
- "Accidentally tried my own (warmed some up and out in a bottle..tested the temp). It was actually bloody nice. Creamy and sweet."
- "It’s the sweetest smell. I miss feeding my babies!"
- "Gym junkies love it and pay big $$$ for it."
- "So it’s normal to drink cow's milk but not your own, which you feed to your kids? Make it make sense lol."
