Here's why ice skating isn't for the faint hearted...

It's not as easy as it looks, so before you say you can do better, give it a try.

As the end of the year approaches, there is this sense of unease in many people who look back at their resolution list.

The uneasiness applies to those of us who have not ticked off anything and we want to say, that's okay. Life happens and we get it, plus we still have over a month left in 2023, it's not over yet!

In saying that, we found a video that reminded us that trying new things shouldn't be scary. Yes, we may fail at it, but at the end of the day, at least we know we tried.

The video was shared on TikTok and showed a group of friends who attempted ice skating.

Considering regular skating is challenging, we have to commend them for trying. There were many people who were intrigued to try it out based on what they saw, bravely saying that they could do better.

Watch them fall, get up and laugh over their ice skating activity.
