Miguel disappeared from outside Rippon Primary School in Sydenham in July.

Days later, Ebrahim, a colleague of Miguel’s mother, Raylene, was arrested.

The boy's badly decomposed body was found in Phoenix in September.

Up until now, Ebrahim had only been facing a kidnapping charge.
