Thabo Bester due to appear in court on Friday
Convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester is due to appear before the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court on Friday morning.
He was re-arrested in Tanzania exactly a week ago.

SAPS national spokesperson Athlenda Mathe has elaborated on the charges the ex-fugitive faces.
"The Mangaung Correctional Centre escapee was re-arrested by the South African Police Service.
"On his arrival into the country from Tanzania [he] was immediately transported to a C-Max prison where he is currently under the Department of Correctional Service supervision."

"Bester faces a charge of escaping from lawful custody, defeating the ends of justice, violation of a dead body and fraud."
