Cele: We have proof it’s Bester brought back

Police Minister Bheki Cele says fingerprints were taken to verify Thabo Bester's identity in Tanzania.
Journalists asked Cele on Thursday morning whether police believed they had apprehended the right person.

The minister briefed the media in Cape Town, hours after the convicted murderer and his partner Nandipha Magudumana arrived back in the country in Johannesburg.
Cele said they have proof that they caught the right people.

"The coming back of him was granted by officials [in Tanzania]. Scientifically and forensically, is has been proven that it is Thabo. Also, the fingerprints of the lady who was taken was very cooperative."
