Security officer dies after shooting attack in Mayville
A security officer has been shot and killed in Durban's Mayville area.
Paramedics say they found the wounded man lying on the corner of Felix Dlamini Road and King Cetshwayo Highway on Wednesday morning.

ALS spokesperson Garrith Jamieson says the officer had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
"He was in critical condition, and advanced life support paramedics worked to stabilise the man on scene before rushing him through to a nearby hospital for the urgent care that he required.
"Unfortunately, a short while after arriving at the hospital, the officer went into a state of cardiac arrest and unfortunately passed away due to the injuries sustained.
"At this stage, the events leading up to the shooting are unknown. However, SAPS were on scene and will be investigating further."
