Paracetamol found in Natasha Conabeer's system: Family

The aunt of Durban woman, Natasha Conabeer who died in ICU yesterday says doctors found a large amount of paracetamol in her niece's system.
An unconscious Conabeer was dumped outside her home in Inanda, north of Durban over the weekend -- nearly three weeks after she went missing.

Her aunt, Nosipho Goba says Conabeer's mother was woken up by a noise near the door just after midnight on Sunday."She thought that it was dogs. They usually stay there in front of the door. She decided to go out and check and found her lying there."
Goba says they could only see one bruise on her niece's arm and another on on one of her knees.
She says they rushed her to hospital.
The circumstances around her disappearance remain a mystery.
