Last day for UKZN students to vote for new SRC leaders
Updated | By Anelisa Kubheka
UKZN students will find out who their new central and local SRC leaders are in the early hours of tomorrow morning.
Voting got underway at three of the varsity's campuses - namely Howard College, Westville and Pietermaritzburg - yesterday.
However, students weren't rushing to voting stations - with many saying they were still undecided on who to choose.
The new central SRC president will take over from current leader, Senzo Ngidi.
LISTEN BELOW: Students spoke to Newswatch about some of the issues they face at at the Westville and Howard College campuses, respectively.
There has also been some tension between opposition groups at Howard College, since the arrival of newcomers - the Black First Land First Student Movement.
