#KZNFloods: Survivor in Chatsworth structure collapse speaks
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
The sole survivor of the Chatsworth home collapse says he can't remember much about the incident, just that the children in the house were screaming.
Thami Dlamini was one of the first victims pulled out by community members from the rubble of the house on the Westcliff Secondary school property on Monday night.
A mudslide crashed onto the home causing it to collapse, while Dlamini and two other families were inside.
Eight people lost their lives when the ground beneath the home gave way.

Dlamini says he felt the earth move before the building caved in.
He thinks he was stuck in the mud for around two hours before being rescued.
"I don't feel alright. In fact, I don't feel okay. I don't know how to get help because this has happened. This was my only home as I was still trying to find employment without food or anything."
