Social Development says the pastor allegedly lured the little boy and other children to his home by telling them he'd let them watch cartoons.
Officials believe the abuse began sometime last year.
The boys and girls are aged between nine and 14 years.
At his last court appearance, the pastor abandoned his bid for bail.
