KZN ANC's court appeal over PEC postponed
The provincial leadership of the ANC has confirmed that its appeal matter which had been scheduled to be heard in the Pietermaritzburg High Court next Monday has been postponed.
It's in relation to the high court's ruling that the outcomes of the 2015 provincial elective conference were null and void.
Some party members called for a rerun.

The party's Mdumiseni Ntuli says the court had been scheduled to - among other things - hear the basis of their appeal.
"What we were told by the ANC legal team - is that their counterparts wanted time to study submissions by the ANC because of their own request," he says.
