High Court ruling: KwaDukuza ANCYL stands behind PEC
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
The Greater KwaDukuza ANC Youth League has thrown its weight behind the party's Provincial Executive Committee following last week's decision to appeal the High Court ruling on the KZN ANC's 2015 elective conference.
Last month, the Pietermaritzburg High Court ruled that the elective conference was unlawful.
Speaking at the youth league's 73rd anniversary celebrations in Mandeni yesterday, chairperson of the Greater KwaDukuza ANC Youth League, Mfanafuthi Ngcobo lashed out at members who take the party to court.

He says they agree with the decision to appeal.
"We urge all subjects - especially the leaders of ANC - must support that particular decision because it's a decision taken at a provincial level. As the ANCYL in the greater KwaDukuza, we commit to the decision to call for economic freedom in our lifetime," he says.
