Khoza hopes PMB triple murder suspect's guilty plea will bring closure

Social Development MEC Nonhlanhla Khoza says she's pleased there's finally closure in the heartbreaking triple murder case of two Sobantu women and a child.
Twenty-nine-year-old Njabulo Ndlovu pleaded guilty to three charges of murder and two counts of rape in the Pietermaritzburg High Court on Tuesday.

"We are pleased that he agreed and admitted to all cases. As of now, we are waiting for the court to do the judgment," says Khoza.
Grandmother Zanele Ndlela, her daughter Simangele, and seven-year-old Zenande were attacked in their home a fortnight ago.
Ndlovu told the court that he stabbed and strangled the women after a scuffle with Zanele, who asked him to leave after he spent the night with Simangele.
He later strangled and raped her granddaughter.
Khoza says it's clear his actions were premeditated.

"If you can see him, you can that he is a person who grew up well taken care of. He doesn't need to do this. He is highly educated. He is working.
“It is uncalled for and he didn't do it because he was under the influence of anything - alcohol or what. So you can see that he is just a barbaric person. This was just a gruesome killing."
