PMB community demand no bail for triple murder accused

The Sobantu community in Pietermaritzburg is demanding no bail for a man accused of killing a grandmother, her daughter and granddaughter.
The three, aged 65, 46 and eight, were found murdered in their home just over a week ago.
It's alleged they were also raped.
A 29-year-old man who was last seen with them appeared in the Pietermaritzburg Magistrate's Court on Thursday.

The case was postponed to next week.
Social Development MEC Nonhlanhla Khoza joined joined community members in protest outside court.
"We are waiting for the law to take its course. In fact we want to see justice being done. He is a threat to our families, and to the Sobantu community and Pietermaritzburg.”
