One of the men accused of murdering a Wentworth mother in front of her 3-year-old daughter two months ago will sit behind bars for another month before his bail application resumes.
Thirty-two-year-old Bianca Parsons was shot dead at a petrol station in February.
Christopher Housten is applying for bail while his co-accused - Darryl Murrisson is planning on pleading guilty.
There was a sigh of relief inside Court 10 this morning when Parsons' family, friends and members of the Wentworth community heard that Housten will remain in custody for another month.

Magistrate Jackie Jonck postponed the matter to give investigating officer - Erugubathi Naidoo more time to recover after suffering a heart attack while testifying during Housten's bid for bail.
Naidoo is expected to return to full-time work on the 7th of May - and should be fit to carry on with the case the following day.
Housten's attorney, Ridewaan Sayed accepted the date and said they would deal with Naidoo in a sensitive manner.
