Magistrate Jackie Jonck postponed the matter to give investigating officer - Erugubathi Naidoo more time to recover after suffering a heart attack while testifying during Housten's bid for bail.

Naidoo is expected to return to full-time work on the 7th of May - and should be fit to carry on with the case the following day.

Housten's attorney, Ridewaan Sayed accepted the date and said they would deal with Naidoo in a sensitive manner.
