'I want Senzo Meyiwa's killers found'
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
The father of the late Senzo Meyiwa says he has considered hiring private investigators to help find his son's killers.
It has been just over three years since the Bafana Bafana captain was shot dead at home he had been visiting in Gauteng. Police arrested one suspect who was released due to a lack of evidence.
Senzo Meyiwa's father, Samuel says they have lost hope that his son's killers will be brought to book.
"There are some private investigators who have approached me wanting to help but the problem is they are all very expensive. I want Senzo's killers found because he was a good person, someone who always wanted to see people laughing.
"He was even able to assist people with whatever needs with his own money. He was a kind of person who did not like to see anyone suffer but see them well off and happy," he says.
