Human Settlements officials in KZN say they are discussing the withdrawal of staff involved in the rollout and construction of temporary residential units until their safety is guaranteed.

One of them was killed in Ntuzuma, north of Durban, on Thursday.
Police say Mfanufikile Cele was in his car on Mdubu Road when he was shot.
The department's Mbulelo Baloyi says the 57-year-old was on his way to give feedback to flood victims.
