Hawks confirm they are investigating Busisiwe Mkhwebane
The Hawks have confirmed they are investigating Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane for alleged perjury and defeating the ends of justice.
The Director of Accountability Now, Paul Hoffman laid charges in Cape Town on Monday.

Hawks boss, Godfrey Lebeya says they are looking into the complaint.
"We have already seen the affidavits that have been deposed of. It is known publicly that he has reported a matter. It must be investigated," he said.

Due to the office of the Public Protector being that high, the Hawks will be looking at it. That's all I can say," continued Lebeya.
