Fire breaks out in Red Hill informal settlement
Firefighters are on scene the of a massive fire at the Malacca Road informal Settlement in Red Hill in Durban North.
The fire broke out a short while ago and has already ripped through a number of shacks in the area.
No injuries have been reported at this point. The extent of the damage is still unknown.

Crisis Medical's Kyle van Reenen firefighters appear to have the blaze under control at the moment.
"It has been contained to the upper part of the settlement," said Van Reenen.

He says the firefighters are tackling the blaze from all sides.
"We are on standby and waiting to see what's going on," he said.
