The family of slain Durban father and businessman, Kidesh Ramjettan - is relieved that the case into his murder is finally underway.

"We know that the justice system is working. The police are working hard on this matter although they are not giving us a lot of information, we have a lot of faith in them," a family member said said.
Ramjettan was gunned down outside his garage in Rossburgh in August.
Ayanda Shezi, Menziwa Mdaka and Zakhele Dubazane lined up in the Durban Magistrate's Court yesterday after they were nabbed by members of KZN's provincial task team in Johannesburg this week.
The trio claimed they were being forced to confess to the killing.

Ramjettan's brother, Anesh says they believe the R300 000 reward they had offered for information - helped.
"Obviously, there are people behind this killing and I hope this is a start to get everybody arrested so our family can have some sort of closure, especially my parents," he said.
