Court hears suspects in Durban murder 'forced to confess'
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
The three men arrested in connection with the murder of Durban businessman, Kidesh Ramjettan claim they are being forced to confess to the killing.

The suspects were arrested in Gauteng on Tuesday by members of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Task Team.
Ramjettan was gunned down at his filling station in Rossburgh in August.
The suspects made their first appearance in the Durban Magistrate's Court today.
Ayanda Shezi, Menziwa Mdaka and Zakhele Dubazane shielded their faces from reporters as they entered the dock.
The court heard that two of the men will hire private legal representation, while the suspect believed to be the triggerman has opted for legal aid.

State prosecutor, Surekha Marimuthu told the court there is a possibility that more charges could be brought against the men.
Magistrate Mohamed Motala adjourned the matter until next week for bail to be considered.
He ordered the suspects back into police holding cells but Mdaka pleaded with him to send them to Westville Prison, claiming they are being beaten in the police cells.
Motala refused and said investigations need to continue. He told officers to conduct their work within the parameters of the law.
