Elections ‘24: KZN’s smaller parties confident ahead of ballot
Updated | By Celumusa Zulu
Political parties are in the final stretch of canvassing for votes before South Africans head to the ballot box next week Wednesday.

Some of the smaller parties believe they could cause a surprise or two when the ballots have been counted.
The Democratic Liberal Congress says communities in the province have welcomed them with open arms.
The party's leader Patrick Pillay says for thirty years people have been let down by the bigger political parties.

"We are a grass-root party. For 30 years the community has been crying out loud for service delivery. We will be getting our representation in KZN and I am very confident about that."
All Citizens Party's Thulani Ngubane admits his party is the biblical David up against Goliath.
But he promises an ACP-led government will focus on the province's ocean economy.
“It is the first time we will be partaking in the elections and everybody and people are going to see something that they have never expected in their life. We will make sure before five years end they are going to see commitment."
