The Hawks are investigating, but no arrests have been made. The UK government posted the travel advisory on its official website last night under the heading, 'addition of information and advice relating to an ongoing police investigation, after a series of incendiary devices were placed at different locations in the Durban area'.
It also warns citizens in the area that they should exercise caution if they encounter unexpected devices or packages.
If in doubt, the UK government says people should contact the police.
