Dundee teacher rape case postponed

The northern KwaZulu-Natal teacher accused of raping a 14-year-old schoolgirl will remain behind bars.

The 36-year-old was arrested a week ago.

He was due to apply for bail in the Dundee Magistrate's Court on Monday. 

But the matter was postponed.

The National Prosecution Authority says his bid for bail is now expected to be heard on Friday.
