Classes expected to resume at Mpumalanga township school
Updated | By Gcinokuhle Malinga
Teaching and learning is expected to resume this morning at Ukusa High School in Mpumalanga township, west of Durban.
The school has been shut since Thursday, following the discovery of the bodies of Ukusa's security guards in a classroom.
The two guards were killed in an attempted robbery there the night before.
A third guard was wounded in the attack.

KwaZulu-Natal Education's Muzi Mahlambi says they will beef up the security and offer counselling to pupils and staff.
"We have already arranged that they will be seen by our psychological services unit from the Pinetown District so that they can be debriefed of what they saw happening at the school. Come tomorrow, we will be able to stabilise the situation," said Mahlambi.
"We will not force issues, because this is a sensitive matter that we are dealing with," he continued.
