Chatsworth father charged with the rape of second daughter
Updated | By Anelisa Kubheka
The Chatsworth man charged with the rape of his nine-year-old daughter has now also been charged with raping his 15-year-old daughter.
The man arrested earlier this month is applying for bail in the Chatsworth Magistrate's Court.
The man whom initial reports say is 50 has told the court he is 54.
The father of four who had been on the stand earlier has denied the allegations against him saying that he was shocked when he was arrested.
The state in the matter is opposing bail on reasons that the accused might evade trial and interfere with state witnesses.

He says he can afford R3000 to R4000 bail - pleading with the court to release him as he misses and wants to see his family.
The court has heard should he be granted bail, his eldest daughter who is 20-years-old will be paying for his bail.
