Body of man recovered under water in Kranskop

The body of a 20-year-old man who drowned in a river in Kranskop, in central KwaZulu-Natal, this past weekend has been found.
It's believed he lost his footing while trying to cross the river on Sunday.

The SAPS search and rescue team launched a search on Sunday night but nothing turned up.
On Tuesday morning, they eventually recovered the body not far from where the man drowned.
The victim's family was on the scene and formally identified him.
