This man had been visiting his brother in the building and says he heard more than a dozen gun shots.
"I heard sounds from a gun. By the time we arrived there, it sounded like people wanted to come out [of the flat]. People were screaming but the door was locked. After that, I head another [gunshot] sound," the man said.

This woman lives across from the flat where the shooting took place.
"I only heard about seven gunshots. Later on, I saw people flooding in - in large numbers. I didn't know what was happening. I thought that maybe people were fighting. It did cross my mind that it could be someone from the neighbourhood. I just didn't want to get involved," the woman said.
