Bianca Parsons murder accused a danger to witnesses: State
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
The Durban Magistrate's Court has heard that one of the men accused of murdering a Wentworth mother in front of her 3-year-old daughter in an alleged case of mistaken identity earlier this year is a danger to multiple witnesses.
Judgement in Christopher Housten's bail application has been set down for tomorrow afternoon.
Housten and his co-accused, Darryl Murrisson are accused of murdering Bianca Parsons in February.
The 32-year-old was gunned down at a petrol station south of the city.
The State and Housten's attorney made their closing arguments in his bail application today.

State prosecutor, Stacy Barnard says granting Housten bail would be a safety risk to witnesses, Parson's daughter and the intended target of the shooting.
Barnard argued that Housten, who intends pleading not guilty, has a history of violent behaviour - with assault and malicious damage to property cases opened against him in 2012.
She also argued that Housten's alternate address in Sydenham was too close to Wentworth.

Defence attorney, Ridewaan Sayed said his client would be crazy to return to Wentworth due to the publicity given to the case.
He also argued that Murrisson, who has told the caught he will plead guilty to shooting Parsons, provided an affidavit saying Housten had nothing to do with the murder.
