One of the accused, Darryl Murrisson has told the court he intends pleading guilty while the second accused, Christopher Housten is applying for bail.

Investigating officer, Erugubathu Naidoo has told the court that on the day of Bianca Parsons' murder, two red cars were parked at the Tara Road filling station where she was shot dead.

It is alleged the two accused had followed a red Chery to the station where Parsons' red VW Golf was parked. The 32-year-old woman was waiting in the car with her three-year-old daughter, while her husband was in the convenience store.

Naidoo says in the video footage provided by the petrol station's management, Housten is seen handing something to Murrisson but it is not yet clear if the item was a gun.

Murrisson is then seen walking up to Parsons' vehicle and shooting her twice in the back.

Naidoo has told the court the accused had actually meant to carry out a hit on a family travelling in the red Chery they had earlier followed.

The court has heard the planned murder was supposed to revenge the killing of Housten's relative outside a nightclub last year.

The hearing continues.
