Bianca Parsons case moved to High Court
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
The case against two men alleged to have killed a Wentworth mother earlier this year has been moved to the Durban High court.
Darryl Murrison and Christopher Housten are accused of shooting dead 32-year-old Bianca Parsons in February, in an apparent case of mistaken identity.
Parsons had been sitting in her car at a petrol station, with her three-year-old daughter in the back seat, when she was killed.
"The two accused appeared in the Durban Magistrate's Court this morning. They were indicted to appear in the high court. So, their next appearance will be November 19, in the Durban High Court," KZN NPA spokesperson, Natasha Ramkisson Kara.
In an affidavits submitted earlier this year, Murrison admitted to having pulled the trigger, but said Parsons hadn't been the intended target.
